We currently use various courier services for shipping orders within the Europe. We do our best to ship all orders in a timely manner and usually ship within 5-10 business days (with the exception of some products and commissions.)

If you are shipping a gift or need to receive your order by a certain day, please mention it in the note section when placing your order or email us and we will do our absolute best to get it to you in time!

In the event that a package is returned to us due to error on the customer’s end (i.e. mistaken shipping address), the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping is completely FREE for all orders in Europe.

If you live in Canary Islands or Balearic Islands – you’ll get FREE shipping just like other European customers.

Shipping costs to other parts of the world vary and depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost per item in your cart at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We ship (nearly) anywhere in the world. Once you reach checkout you’ll be able to see if we ship to your country, or feel free to contact us and we’ll let you know.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we can’t ship to PO boxes. Delivery must be to a physical address. We’re more than happy to deliver to your company or work address too.

Who will deliver my parcel?

In the Europe we mainly use DPD or local courier services for delivery. In this case, it may be possible to request that your parcel be picked up from the local Post Office.

For orders outside the Europe, we organise courier delivery to your door. Please ensure you include delivery instructions for your parcel in the event that you are not home, as our couriers won’t leave parcels unattended unless you have provided approval to do so.

What if my painting is damaged in transit?

Although our paintings are carefully packaged for shipping, we can also fully insure them during the shipping process please state at the time of order if you wish to insure your package, their will be an extra cost.

If your parcel arrives with obvious damage to the packaging please DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel. Instead, ask the courier to return it and let us know immediately at

If your parcel is left unattended with damage to the packaging, please advise us within 24 hours. Please include photos of the damage to the box and as attachments to your email.
